- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Bureau programs.
- Utilize advanced statistical software such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.
- Design evaluation instruments and procedures for use in program projects.
- Gather and evaluate data and literature from national and state databases.
- Assist supervisor in developing performance measurement/results-based accountability processes.

- Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics or Research related field
- Experience in developing and implementing evaluation instruments
- Experience in writing technical reports using health related data

The Researcher 3 will independently design and conduct research pertaining to programs within the Bureau of Child and Family Health. This position will also coordinate research efforts with ODH partners inside and outside the agency. Additional duties may include:

Unless required by legislation, the selected candidate will begin at Pay Grade 11, Step 1 of the union/exempt 1199 Pay Range Schedule ($27.84 per hour), with an opportunity for pay increase after six months ($29.06) of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
