      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement studies to evaluate health care programs and policies
      - Contribute to the advancement of health equity research
      - Develop and deliver health equity research content
      - Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for research teams
      - Collaborate with external partners and cultivate client relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. or master's degree in relevant discipline
      - 7+ years of relevant experience for Sr. Researcher candidates
      - Strong foundation in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
      - Expertise in health equity and social determinants of health frameworks
      - Exceptional written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with community capacity building
      - Knowledge of community-engaged research methods
      - Understanding of culturally responsive equitable research principles
      - Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
      - Ability to translate research findings for a policy audience
