YOUR ROLE
As a Reservations Agent you will participate in the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
Specific duties include ensuring rooms revenue is maximized according to planned strategies, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.You will be able to understand the needs of the clients and will be able to draw up different commercial proposals according to their requirements, bearing in mind the strategies planned by the department. You will also have the administrative responsibility of checking our clients' reservations and taking full account of their requests before their arrival in order to create a WOW effect.
PROFILE
First experience in reservations, ideally in a 5* hotel.
Fluent in French and English, a third language is appreciated.
You are highly motivated.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable guest experience.Due to visa restrictions only applicants from Switzerland and European Union can be considered.
