What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate reservations for travel services, including accommodations, transportation, and event tickets based on client requests
- Collaborate with a variety of vendors such as hotels, airlines, and event organizers to secure the best options for clients
- Manage reservations and bookings with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing accurate and timely information about their reservations
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and vendor partnerships to provide exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, and Mexico
- Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access for remote work
- Strong organizational capabilities, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
