      About the location:

      About the role

      Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month CURRICULAR internship opportunity within the Reservations Department.

      What you will do

      Throughout the internship in the Reservations Department, you will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of the Reservations Department and Switch board. You will learn about how to address different types of requests, assist reservations team with delivering the highest levels of service excellence through our different channels: via phone, email and FS chat interaction. You will also gain revenue and strategic knowledge working in close contact with our Revenue and Sales Department.

      You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to deal with different partners, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures.

      What you bring

      A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. We are looking for a special individual, who shares our passion for excellence and delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

      This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from 2025. All successful candidates must possess legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
