What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding fares, flight schedules, and policies for multiple airlines
- Make new reservations, change existing reservations, and handle refunds
- Provide technical assistance for website and mobile navigation
- Address guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism to ensure first interaction resolution
- Operate complex computerized systems to support guest services and daily operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or community service experience
- Must reside and work from a remote home office within the designated state
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with general computer programs and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent, and must be at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the airline or travel industry
- Proficiency in Spanish language
