What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding fares, flight schedules, and policies for Alaska Airlines and its partners
- Make new reservations and modify existing ones for domestic and international flights
- Address guests’ questions, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism for first interaction resolution
- Navigate complex computerized systems to support daily operations and guest service
- Create a positive service-oriented environment proactively for guests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of customer service or community service experience
- Must reside and work from a remote home office within the designated state
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor and clear communication
- Proficiency with general computer programs and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the airline or travel industry
- Proficiency in the Spanish language
