The Westminster Place Team is seeking a dynamic Independent Living Residency Counselor, who will partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to attract, qualify, and transition prospective residents—exceeding occupancy goals through proactive outreach, personalized tours, and seamless move‑in coordination.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to all incoming inquiries same business day, mining the CRM to set next‑step appointments and meet monthly appointment targets
• Maintain and update ENQUIRE database records—logging calls, emails, tours, events, and referral sources accurately
• Track sales metrics (inquiry‑to‑tour, tour‑to‑move‑in ratios), report weekly performance to leadership, and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
• Evaluate prospects’ financial and functional qualifications; schedule and lead individual and group tours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Assist with contract signing, pre‑residency paperwork collection, and move‑in logistics—coordinating with Environmental Services to ensure apartment readiness
• Support group presentations, marketing events, and competitive analyses to drive lead generation and community awareness
• Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas by nurturing relationships with prospects, families, and influencers through calls, texts, emails, notes, and event invitations
• Model Presbyterian Homes’ Hospitality Promises and adhere to all Corporate Compliance policies in every interaction

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum two years of sales experience—retirement community experience highly preferred—with proven CRM proficiency
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong customer‑service orientation and empathy for older adults
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and meet productivity benchmarks
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Technically savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., ENQUIRE)
