      Overview:

      Kings Island is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Associate Housing team as Housing Assistants. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a team, supporting others, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living experience for our seasonal associates.

      This position is seasonal with expected hours between 20-30/week.


      Responsibilities:
      • Assist with daily operations of associate housing facilities.
      • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to housing-related inquiries.
      • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
      • Support move-in and move-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
      • Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when needed.
      • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
      • Plan and support community-building activities and events.

      Qualifications:
      • Must be at least 18 years of age.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Previous experience in housing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
      • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
