      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in creating an academic environment and communicate available support services to students
      - Plan and facilitate social and educational programs to promote student wellness and engagement
      - Monitor and report inappropriate behavior in accordance with university policies
      - Conduct monthly health and safety checks and maintain communication with the Residence Hall Director (RHD)
      - Serve as a resource for residents, providing information and support for their concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a full-time student enrolled in a minimum of twelve (12) credits each semester
      - Must have lived in a residence hall or similar communal living experience for at least two (2) semesters
      - Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher throughout employment
      - Ability to prioritize RA duties over other non-academic commitments
      - Must undergo a criminal background check prior to employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leadership roles or involvement in student organizations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with campus resources and student support services
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
      - Previous experience in conflict resolution or programming for student activities
