Job Description

- Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
- Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision
- Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents

What You'll Do:
As a Resident Care Aide, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will also attend trainings to receive your PCA.
