RCA Per-diem, on call as need, work hours and days as needed. Rate of pay is $20.00 to $25.00, based on date of certification if applicable and experience. Current NYS certification as a CNA and/or current HHA certification preferred but not required. Good communication skills and desire to work as a part of a team providing quality hands-on care to elderly residents with a range of physical and cognitive deficits. Experience with medication assistance preferred. Assist with activities of daily living (including medication assistance) for residents in an enhanced assisted living home. Promotes and restores residents quality of life by providing nursing care as determined by the needs of the residents and their individual plans of care. Submit resume and application form.
