Document information pertaining to changes in residents’ status, needs and appointments.

Ensure proper documentation of all care plans, nurses notes and all other resident correspondence.

Strong experienced as a Medication Aide.

Provide orientation and on the job training to Caregivers and Medication Aides.
-
Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating).
-
Measure, record and assist with wellness clinics.
-
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
-
Manage scheduling of clinical staff.
-
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joy.
-
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
-
Complete on-going training as assigned.
-
Complete other duties as assigned.

High-School diploma or equivalent.
-
Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Must have First Aid & CPR Certification upon hire
-
Must have a Food Handlers Card.

Must have at least 1 yr. of strong experience as a Caregiver or Medication Aide in an Assisted Living Community.

Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred, but not required

Resident Care Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the management of clinical staff and proper documentation that supports resident care.
