- Facilitate seamless, positive move-in and move-out experiences for Darwin residents
- Support high levels of resident satisfaction through consistent, timely, and professional communication
- Manage, track, and report on move-in/outs-related cases within your assigned client portfolio
- Support the client POD's senior Resident Services professional
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong communication skills & comfort engaging directly with residents via various communication channels
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends on occasion
- Ability to comfortably navigate new technology; competency in MS Office, Google Suites, Slack
- Bachelors Degree preferred
