- Assists in assigning proper training programs to residential employees.
- Manages the completion of required training for residential employees.
- Provides administrative support to the residential leadership team by preparing and updating reports and distributing materials accordingly.
- Updates business resources such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Identifies and creates improvements for processes including but not limited to, the prospective resident tour experience, online user experience, move in process, etc.
- Engages with members of the Residential team, other interns and corporate office employees to build relationships and a professional network.
- Supports the Residential team with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Possesses a strong sense of personal responsibility for work outcomes.
- Demonstrates organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibits a solid work ethic and sees projects through to completion.
- Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates excellent computer skills (especially with Microsoft Office).
- Must be flexible and take initiative.
- Maintains confidentiality of company information.
- Possesses a basic understanding of process improvement and a willingness to explore new ideas.
Join CSM Corporation this Summer as a Residential Intern!
This internship will provide support to CSM’s Residential team, with a focus on learning various Multi-Family housing business operations. These include compliance, operational execution, financial management, and people leadership.
The intern will gain an understanding of the operational processes and compliance requirements in the Multi-Family Residential class of real estate. The learning process will incorporate a combination of hands on experience, mentoring, and supervision from the Senior Director of Residential, as well as other practical assignments.
INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Must have completed at least two years of college, preferably working towards a Degree in Business, Real Estate Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
