- Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
- Hourly Wage: $13.00 / hour + benefits
- Shift: 8 hour shifts; PM Shift
- Schedule: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm with an every other weekend rotation

- Experience with the memory care and mental health population
- CNA training is a plus but not required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED), and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check.

Job Description
What you will do in this role: Our Residential Services Aide (RSA) assists the clinical team in providing non-clinical care and services to our consumers/patients. RSA's provide supervision and encouragement with grooming care, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and assist and engage patients to attend/participate in activities. The RSA may assist with facility health programs and participate in care plan conferences.
