Job Description

This is a new company with lots of opportunity. Mailnly specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, elderly living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes are the concept of manufacturing entire buildings in a production manufacturing environment. These units are then trucked out to new build construction sites to be assembled by the general contractor. Seeking an experienced Painter with knowledge of residential or commercial new construction. You will be based in Albertville.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Paint interior walls and other surfaces
• Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas
• Mask, prepare, and protect surfaces
• Apply paint with speed and precision
• Install kitchen and bath cabinets, cabinet doors, and countertops
• Use various hand and power tools
• 5+ years experience of skilled painting work on commercial or residential new builds
• Experience as a Lead or Foreman
• Experience with paint prep, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and finishing
• Ability to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player
• Skilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday
  • First Shift: 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (optional OT Friday)
  • Second Shift: 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (optional OT Friday)
  • Second shift includes a $2/hr pay differential.

Additional Details:

• This is an on-site painting opportunity with no site-to-site work.
• Work in a brand new 180,000 square foot facility with AC/Heat and brand new machinery.
• The company focuses on multi-family living, elderly living, and hospitality development sectors, along with others.
• Designs, engineers, and manufactures industry-leading full volumetric modular units for Upper-Midwest clients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
