      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve routine questions and problems from customers, physician offices, patients, and third-party vendors following established guidelines
      - Utilize computer applications to log and track inquiries and document contact interactions
      - Coordinate with other functional areas as necessary and refer unresolved issues for further investigation
      - Respond to inquiries from customers, physician offices, patients, or vendors regarding investigation results and adjustments
      - Handle inquiries for one or more lines of business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
      - Basic level PC skills, including using a mouse, navigating programs, and accessing information online
      - Basic search engine skills, including opening a browser and filling out forms online
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience in a centralized services or call center environment
      - Experience in retail or healthcare
      - Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers while meeting quality standards
      - Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
      - Fluency in Spanish and English

  • About the company

      Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
