What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers, physician offices, patients, or third-party providers regarding the employer's products or services
- Resolve routine inquiries and problems, directing complex issues to senior staff as needed
- Utilize a computer application to log and track inquiries while documenting contact interactions and actions taken
- Coordinate with other functional areas and refer unresolved issues for further investigation
- Communicate with customers and third-party vendors to respond to inquiries and provide updates on investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
- Basic PC skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and navigating programs
- Effective communication skills in writing and verbally
- Basic skills in using search engines and online forms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a centralized services or call center environment
- Experience in retail or healthcare settings
- Proven ability to meet quality standards for customer service and satisfaction
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
