      This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the coordination and support of resort activities, events, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, ensure safety across resort areas, and actively engage guests from check-in to check-out

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Greet and assist guests during check-in/out and throughout their stay.
      • Plan, host, and support indoor/outdoor activities and events.
      • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal of common areas (pools, courts, activity centers).
      • Promote activities and communicate updates to guests and staff.
      • Assist with marketing and communication efforts across resort channels.
      • Monitor safety, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Experience in hospitality, recreation, or theme park settings preferred.
      • Outgoing, energetic, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills.
      • Comfortable with water activities and working outdoors.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficient in MS Office.
      • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
      • Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

        CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

        • Familiarity with water safety, CPR certification strongly desired.
        • First Aid Certified strongly desired.
