DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned and sanitized to standard
• Supervise and mentor employees on your team
• Project professionalism at all times
• Work to keep team morale high
• Ensure all tools and materials are kept in good working order and properly stored at the end of each shift
• Report any personnel or property issues immediately to management
• Ensure your team has all tools and materials needed on a daily basis
• Clean and sanitize all assigned restrooms
• Ensure all trash in assigned areas is pulled and maintained
• May utilize equipment such as pressure washer and blower
• Promote a healthy, safe, & hazard free workplace
• Keep department inventory levels at par
• Stock Park Services closets with inventory
• Ensure the park and RD&E areas are clean and ready prior to opening each day
• Other duties as assigned including some turf care and maintenance and painting
