- Support project reviews and manage a portfolio of projects.
- Develop and monitor budgets, work breakdown structures, and project funding.
- Analyze issues with flight projects and develop project plans and estimates.
- Improve processes and foster effective relationships across JPL and NASA.
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, Master's with 7+ years, or PhD with 5+ years.
- Experience in project resource planning, control activities, and earned value management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and financial reporting software.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with ability to interface with various stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Resource Analyst (PRA) to support the Earth Systematic Missions Program Office within the Earth Science and Technology Directorate (ESTD).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project reporting, integrated cost and schedule planning, and resource analysis, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
