What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Senior Resource Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination
- Manage technician onboarding and ensure their readiness for deployment
- Conduct interviews for technician roles and provide recommendations based on evaluations
- Resolve project issues by collaborating with project personnel, customers, and suppliers
- Maintain and update training records and access status for project personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- 6 to 8 years of related experience in project management or coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for complex problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing personnel requirements and field issues in a telecommunications or related environment
- Familiarity with Just in Time (JIT) concepts as they pertain to Engineering, Furnishing, and Installation (EF&I) field projects
- Demonstrated ability to create development opportunities for team learning
- Previous experience in a cross-functional team environment
