      As a Resource Planning Administrator, you’ll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.

      Working within the Resource Planning Team based in our Flagship Epsom Support Centre, the Resource Planning Administrator – Mental Health is responsible for managing accurate records of our clinical staff and infrastructure within the Physiotherapy department, performing daily checks and updating Physiotherapists diaries to accurately reflect completed activities. You will be the first point of contact for our third-party clinics as they navigate our bookings portal, and you will be required to provide first contact support to them via telephone and email.

      As our Resource Planning Administrator, you will also:

      • Maintain accurate records of our clinical staff and infrastructure within the Mental Health department.
      • Perform daily checks and updates on our live diary management systems.
      • Run pre-built reports to support daily and weekly data analysis, identifying diary improvements to achieve Key Performance Indicators across all of our Mental Health Clinics.
      • Support Regional Analysts with ad hoc admin tasks as well as quarterly data management.
