      Resource Planning Analyst

      Manchester or Staines

      Flexible / Hybrid working options (e.g. up to 3 days WFH)

      Permanent

      £27.5k - £34.5k depending on experience + bonus + fantastic benefits

      Full time: 37.5 hours per week

      Role Overview:

      As Resource Planning Analyst you will provide effective and relevant working patterns, schedules and forecasts which align to the business principals, requirements and objectives of stakeholders. You will provide central management of schedule changes and the delivery of planning outputs which help managers to make operational decisions

      What you’ll do:

      · Apply and recommend effective Resource Planning processes and practices to deliver successful outcomes for customers and stakeholders

      · Design and develop effective timely schedules and working patterns, forecast, responses, subject matter advice and planning outputs

      · Act as Subject Matter Expert to help mitigate or resolve risks to the delivery of conduct risk measures, business objectives and financial targets

      · Co ordinate effective communication methods between the resource planning function, wider planning team, operational teams and other functions

      · Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

      What you’ll bring:

      · Be able to demonstrate practical experience using a Workforce management system as an administrator such as NICE IEX or Verint

      · Proven track record working as part of a contact centre team, ideally with an understanding or operational drivers eg: AHT, shrinkage etc

      · Hold an excellent ability to manage differing workloads and work to specific deadlines

      · Possess first class stakeholder management skills

      · Substantial experience analysing large sets of data, identifying trends and highlighting important details to help stakeholders make business decisions

      · Be an expert communicator, articulating complex message at all levels of the organisation

      · Hold excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
