What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead staffing operations across all departments, aligning talent with client needs and agency priorities
- Monitor capacity, utilization, and billability, using data to inform hiring needs and optimize workloads
- Own and configure the Kantata system, ensuring accurate project management and reporting
- Partner with finance to align staffing plans with budgets and performance targets
- Facilitate resource planning meetings, proactively identifying gaps and future staffing needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in resource or staffing management, ideally in a PR, marketing, or creative agency environment
- Expert-level experience with Kantata (Mavenlink), including project setup and utilization tracking
- Proven ability to structure fast-paced environments and connect data, people, and priorities
- Strong collaboration skills with clear communication across levels and teams
- A passion for operations and problem-solving, with an understanding of the impact of resourcing on employee experience and client success

- Experience in a technology public relations environment
- Familiarity with staffing workflows and reporting processes
- Strong analytical skills to drive clarity and agility in operations
- Previous experience in budget management and financial alignment
