      We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR Team for a 6 month fixed term contract, based in Darlington (hybrid working).

      The role

      Working effectively as a critical part of the Talent Acquisition Team, this role will support the delivery of an effective administration and coordination service through all parts of the recruitment lifecycle.

      The person

      This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a dynamic team where you will be able to have a big impact and be part of the evolvement of Talent Acquisition here at Railpen!

      This role will work across all areas of the business, providing coordination on the full recruitment lifecycle of all recruitment campaigns from initiation to employment offer. You will have regular contact with the wider TA team as well as with external suppliers therefore the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate effectively both written and verbally is essential. Proven organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment is required. Experience within a recruitment administration role and experience of using a recruitment system/Applicant Tracking System would be a distinct advantage.
