      ?East Surrey Hospital, Redhill?Full-time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, flexible working available)

      Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator with a passion for recruitment? Join our friendly and dynamic recruitment team atSurrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, based at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill.

      We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle. NHS recruitment experience and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly desirable.

      Key responsibilities:
      • Issuing employment offers and contracts
      • Requesting and chasing references
      • Verifying qualifications and identity documents
      • Processing DBS checks
      • Ensuring recruitment files are fully compliant with Trust policies

      We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people. We provide acute and complex services and a range of outpatient, diagnostic services whilst Crawley Hospital and Horsham in West Sussex and Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey provide less complex planned services.
