Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and risk evaluations

Educate residents, families, and facility staff on pulmonary care plans and preventive strategies

Use your clinical experience to train others in best practices, safe equipment use, and early intervention techniques

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to reduce hospitalizations and improve outcomes
-
Support compliance and quality improvement efforts across the facility
-
Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT or RRT) in New York State
-
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong communication and teaching skills

A passion for coaching, mentoring, and making respiratory care accessible to others

Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- 1-2 years experience
