      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the coordination of statewide respiratory virus surveillance, including data entry and report generation
      - Participate in the development and evaluation of dashboards and reports for data interpretation
      - Manage data analysis, quality control, and preparation of reports for public health data
      - Communicate effectively with federal, state, and local stakeholders regarding public health priorities
      - Collaborate on projects with teams outside of the COVID Control Branch

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in public health or a related field, or equivalent work experience (2+ years in quantitative public health)
      - Experience in implementing and managing public health programs
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of HIPAA requirements for health information protection
      - Ability to effectively communicate with public health professionals and manage multiple tasks independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in grant writing, reporting, and management
      - Supervisory experience in a public health setting
      - Proficiency in R (including RShiny and RMarkdown) for data analysis and visualization
      - Familiarity with budget management in public health programs
