- Identify and source network consultants to meet department goals by using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods
- Maintain a strong, viable national network of consultants through continually adding to the recruiting candidate pool, following-up on network candidate leads, interviewing consultants to assess qualifications according to customer contractual obligations and clinical standards outlined by R3 Clinical SMEs, and requesting required documentation for the credentialing processes
- Communicate with customers, clients, and consultants via telephone and email in a timely manner during various stages in the recruiting process
- Recruit in real time to fulfill customer requests where network resources may not be available
- Concentrate recruiting efforts in areas of focus, as determined by Manager
- Verify consultants meet appropriate credentialing standards as outlined by R3 clinical SMEs
- Send initial paperwork to potential consultants requesting documentation for the inclusion into R3s network
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the clinical database and consultant statues within the Network
- Communicate with the Manager regarding any unresolved anomalies, discrepancies, or obstacles in the response coordination process
- Maintain approved job listings on various recruitment sites
- Assist with reporting, and maintaining network lists, maps and directories
- Assist with coordinating customer requests, ensuring the completion of intake documents and describing R3 products and services appropriately
- Review response instructions and contract terms with network consultants; negotiating when necessary
- Build specialty networks and support Account Management with network related inquiries
- Research publications, websites, and other resources on which to post opportunities
- Perform wellness/availability checks for areas affected by large-scale disasters, as needed
- Monitor email inboxes to ensure all communications are addressed appropriately
- Alternate between roles within the department, joining applicable phone queues, as needed
- Receive and document feedback regarding R3c services
- Participates in department and company meetings, as requested
- Adhere to department policy and procedure
- Overtime/Additional Hours – There are times in which overtime/additional hours will be mandatory due to an increase in work and the need to meet turnaround time frames.
- Flexible Schedule – based on company need to accommodate 24/7 coverage; including but not limited to weekends, holidays, and on-call, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

The Response Coordinator, Network Recruiting
The Response Coordinator, Network Recruiting position is part of a performance-based call center team responsible for coordinating nationwide crisis response services. The Response Center team performs the intake and dispatch of crisis response referrals for multiple services offered by R3c. The Network Recruiting position focuses on the recruiting, credentialing, and contracting of the nationwide network of clinical consultants providing crisis response support services.
