- Assist and address daily operational inquiries relating to responsible gaming data within the RG application and internal systems, CMS, WINet, SMART, LMS, RG ID at Slots, etc. to ensure alignment with the Responsible Gaming Program policies and procedures.
- Must be savvy with making independent decisions that address RG data integrity concerns as identified or reported by internal partners.
- Assist with managing responsible gaming collateral and ensuring brand standards and jurisdictional mandated RG helpline numbers and disclaimers are current, relevant, and accurate
- Assist with communicating RG Program policies and/or standard operating procedures (SOP) updates to property RG Chairs, RG Administrators, RG Ambassadors, and/or property Regulatory Compliance team members as required.
- Assist with maintenance of RG Program related manuals, guides, reference materials, training materials, and form letters to ensure policies, procedures, and/or content are current and accurate.
- Maintain RG service line calls and field to the designated operational and/or Corporate partner for solutions and/or follow-ups.
- Respond to and address RG related technology inquiries for trouble shooting as reported by all levels of the organization.
- Partner with the Corporate Legal Department and/or Corporate Compliance to obtain RG related violations and fines data on a quarterly basis and interpret data to a simple graph for analytics reporting.
- Create RG self-exclusion and self-restriction data analytic graphs.
- Assist with acquisitions and/or merger projects that relate to the Responsible Gaming Program.
- Assist with integration projects that relate to the Responsible Gaming Program
- Acts as a RG Program liaison for internal and external community based events in jurisdictions that Caesars Entertainment operates
- Craft and finalize business correspondence.
- Assist RG efforts for Caesars Digital
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
- High School Diploma (minimum) and continuing; Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
- Must have at least three (3) year of gaming industry experience with a background in customer service, gaming operations, or heart of house experience preferred.
- Must possess good mathematical skills and clerical aptitude, including the operation of office equipment such as a computer, copier, scanner, and fax machine.
- Must have strong prioritization, detail oriented, organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including email communications)
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Oracle.
JOB SUMMARY:
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a customer service driven and motivated individual with a high degree of emotional intelligence to fill its Responsible Gaming (RG) Program Analyst role and duties.
The RG Program Analyst will support the Director of Responsible Gaming to ensure adherence to Caesars’ legacy Responsible Gaming Program brand standards, policies, procedures, processes, and technology solutions that are aligned with jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
The RG Program Analyst must be detailed orientated, organized, a self-starter, critical thinker and comfortable with working team members from all levels of the organization.
The RG Program Analyst’s goal is to provide internal guidance and support to Caesars Entertainment’s affiliates and Corporate partners.
