      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and negotiate clinical research budgets for various research projects
      - Organize clinical trial budget, income, and expense documents, entering information into budget software systems
      - Ensure timely invoices are sent to sponsors and maintain communication with research leadership
      - Collaborate with clinical research sponsors to ensure study fee schedules and contracts meet feasibility requirements
      - Monitor and maintain financial integrity throughout the research process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting, medical auditing, case management, healthcare insurance, or relevant experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or a research-related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in clinical research (industry/pharmaceutical and/or federal grants), billing compliance, and research contract management
      - Knowledge of healthcare compliance and federal regulations related to clinical research
      - Experience with Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Clinical Trial Management System software with financial tracking capabilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
