- Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Hone operational skills, schedule staffing appropriately, and enhance the guest experience.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues, open play, and other activities.
- Build relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats, and handle administrative duties.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff.
- Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity.
- Oversee F&B operations, ensure quality, and foster a sales-oriented culture through training and supervision.
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- 2+ years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to supervise staff effectively
- Strong team player and people developer
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift objects in a typical entertainment environment.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the General Manager's absence, they take responsibility for all center and floor management, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction and focus on developing the team's hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.

The pay rate for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
