      The Holiday Inn Portland Airport is conveniently located near Portland Airport and features 284 guest rooms, 9,000 sq. ft. of event space and dining in our Latitude 45 Degrees Restaurant and Lounge.       Your Role

      As the Restaurant Bartender - Server, you’ll be the face of our dining experience—crafting cocktails, serving meals, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

      What You’ll Do

      • Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth

      • Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies

      • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas

      • Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling

      • Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking

      • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

      • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

      • Adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed

      What We’re Looking For

      • 6+ months of bartending experience

      • Previous food service and customer service experience

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      • Required: Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit

      • Preferred: ServSafe Certification

      • Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. regularly

      • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift

      • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
