Responsibilities, Experience and Skills:

· Assist in the oversight of Daily Operations of the store.

· Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position.

· Operate the store in the GM’s absence and uphold the same standards as the GM

· Assist in the leading, training and development of all store team members.

· Excellent communication, people management and motivational skills.

· Basic computer knowledge

· Provide exceptional guest service

· Understand the value of teamwork.

· Previous Fast Casual work experience i.e. Chipotle/Panera/Saladworks is preferred but not required.
