As an Assistant Manager or General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. While managing food and labor costs, you will recruit, hire, and train team members helping them understand what success looks like. In other words: let’s do whatever it takes to make kick-ass sandwiches for our customers. To qualify for this rockstar opportunity, you have at least 1-2 years of experience within the restaurant or retail industry, are 18 years of age or older and are eligible to work in the U.S. As a growing company, we’re always looking for top talent to join our family.   The year was 1982. Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery had recently moved to Ohio from Buffalo, New York. All was fine until one day when the two were craving wings. Not just ordinary wings, but authentic Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. With none to be found nearby, Jim and Scott had two choices: road trip to New York, or open a wing joint close to home. Lucky for us, they chose the latter.
