- Req#: 131595
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Prepare shift schedules
- Supervise wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
- Keep detailed records
- Assist with new employees’ proper on-boarding
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor (fine dining preferred) or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and POS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and concise communication and team management abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work various hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

Water's Edge Resort and Spa is currently accepting applications for a Restaurant Supervisor to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities include assisting Food and Beverage and Restaurant Managers with scheduling, training and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be considered for this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what it takes to give stand out customer service. Our key goal is to give our customers a dining experience they will remember.
