      RoSa Construction Inc. is seeking a full-time Restoration Project Manager for an on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project delivery. This role involves managing complex restoration projects, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Plan, organize, and oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion.
      • Provide accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines.
      • Expedite project timelines and manage on-site and regulatory inspections.
      • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
      • Manage logistics, resource allocation, and materials handling.
      • Conduct quality control and safety checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
      • Ensure projects comply with HCAI/OSHPD regulations where applicable.
      • Communicate project progress and issues to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

      Qualifications

      • Strong Project Management, Logistics Management, and Estimating skills.
      • Proven experience in expediting project timelines and conducting inspections.
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations and compliance is a plus.
      • IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, or related fields are highly preferred.
      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
      • Experience in restoration projects (mold remediation, water/fire damage) is highly desirable.
