- Plan, organize, and oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines.
- Expedite project timelines and manage on-site and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage logistics, resource allocation, and materials handling.
- Conduct quality control and safety checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure projects comply with HCAI/OSHPD regulations where applicable.
- Communicate project progress and issues to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong Project Management, Logistics Management, and Estimating skills.
- Proven experience in expediting project timelines and conducting inspections.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations and compliance is a plus.
- IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, or related fields are highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Experience in restoration projects (mold remediation, water/fire damage) is highly desirable.
