What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive solutions to companies facing challenges driven by economic events
- Manage liquidity and identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation
- Offer financial advisory to debtor or creditor constituencies
- Assume interim management and/or chief restructuring roles
- Conduct business assessments and facilitate bankruptcy case management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in restructuring & turnaround consulting, corporate finance, business operations, banking crisis management, or a specific industry
- High-level proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Experienced in development of pre-bankruptcy plans and assisting with bankruptcy case administration tasks
- Strong project and client management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Certification in Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
