POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a Results Communicator to join our Results Communication Team. You will be responsible for relaying urgent and non-urgent medical results to medical professionals and relaying Doctor feedback to Radiology Technologists.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitating call patching from referring physicians to radiologists and radiologists to referring physicians
• Call referring physicians on behalf of our radiologists to ensure results are given to the appropriate health care professional
• Relay Radiologist provided feedback on Technicians and Radiologists for quality training purposes
• Send faxes to referring physicians
• Follow up with healthcare professionals regarding requests made on behalf of Radiologists

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Medical terminology knowledge required.
• Medical Assistant (MA) Certification or equivalent experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate detailed instructions
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Call center experience a plus

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00.
