What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Client Service Manager with planning, pacing, asset management, and reporting for client programs
- Create, organize, and arrange various program materials to support execution
- Conduct visual data and photo reviews for quality assurance using quality assurance software
- Participate in generating web-based data, reports, and maintaining client reporting templates
- Manage shipping logistics and assist with vendor calls as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- Entry-level position; experience in the industry preferred but not required
- Strong detail orientation and self-motivation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with consumer electronics brands is preferred

- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently or in a team
