      Job Description Summary:

      Join our dynamic team as a Guest Experience Retail Ambassador & Polar Bear Performer at the World of Coca-Cola in Las Vegas. In this unique, hybrid role, you will be the face and spirit of Coca-Cola, acting as both a Brand Ambassador and occasionally stepping into the role of the iconic Coca-Cola Polar Bear mascot. With shifts varying between 9:00 am and midnight, you will work up to 28 hours per week, engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences through retail interactions and live performances.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      Provide exceptional guest service to enhance the experience of over one million guests annually.

      Represent the Coca-Cola brand positively, interacting with guests both in costume and as a retail ambassador.

      Engage guests with detailed knowledge about Coca-Cola products, the company's history, and retail merchandise.

      Conduct live performances and participate in character meet-and-greets, presentations, and events as the Coca-Cola Polar Bear.

      Assist guests with navigating retail selections, and providing accurate information regarding Coca-Cola products.

      Manage sales transactions efficiently, including operating cash registers and maintaining accurate financial records.

      Ensure a clean and safe environment by proactively recognizing and reporting safety issues.

      Support marketing and event teams during after-hours events and special occasions.

      Qualifications & Requirements:

      High School Diploma or equivalent.

      One year of experience in customer service, retail, or the themed attraction industry.

      Previous experience as a live performer, mascot, or in cheer/dance is advantageous.

      Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

      Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

      Physical ability to perform in a 75-pound mascot costume, stand or walk for prolonged periods, and lift to 75 pounds.

      Ability to work indoors and outdoors in diverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.

      Proficient in handling cash and providing excellent customer service.

      Hourly pay rate starting at $14.25 and up to $15.90.

      Pay Range:

      $31,192 - $35,174

      Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
