      Santander Digital Services is looking for a Retail & Commercial Project Management for its Retail & Commercial division for our offices in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) with at least 10 years of experience .

      What are we looking for?

      We are looking to incorporate for the position a Retail & Commercial Project Management for supporting the workstreams implementation of Global Products, both digital and assisted channels, across geographies (availability to travel).

      What we expect from you:

      Required qualifications

      • 10+ years of experience in program technology leadership for banking sector, leading, and monitoring the end-to-end life cycle (from definition to implementation).

      • Experience in the implementation of new technology and operating models through Continuous Improvement.

      • Ability to establish strategic alliances to facilitate the needs of other areas.

      • Experience in Agile program management supporting preparation and conduction of Solution PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Annual Roadmaps

      • Understand bank’s requirements and customers’ needs to combine strategic thinking with short term delivery of value.

      • Advanced English level.

      Preferred qualifications

      • Strong management, communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

      • Experience on technological banking projects.

      • Agile’s Certification or Project’s certification (PMO, PMP…) are a plus.

      What you will add value in:

      • Support & make a difference delivering projects across business and geographies to support the implementation of the R&C business model.

      • Become a team player, working as "one team" with business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, Developers and the rest of the R&C teams to ensure the value chain towards delivery on time with expected quality works seamlesly.

      • Monitor all project activities and timelines, reporting progress and identifying potential delays.

      • Collaborate with all stakeholders within the infrastructure, operations and end user technology teams and the bank domains to manage expectations and ensure smooth delivery.

      • Create and maintain all required project documentation.

      • Maintain a constant assessment of project risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies and ensuring the tracking and managing of raid logs.

      • Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards by following quality control processes.

      • Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
