- Support the manager in marketing strategy and marketing plan definition, for the relevant channels (Retail/Franchising) in line with local and global/European guidelines, both consisting of:
- Global campaigns
- Local campaigns
- Additional store activations
- Store Openings activation
- Prepare and implement the marketing activities (store, offline, online) planned for the assigned stores with relevant key stakeholders
- Check of the correct implementation of the plan activities through the direct visiting of the points of sales and in coordination with the visual merchandising and stores teams
- Rightly typeset and monitor the relevant KPIs, preparing related reports
- Evaluate the performance and ROMI (Return of Marketing Investment) of all campaigns, ensuring Marketing Activation budgets are maximized and campaigns positively impact store profitability
- Work closely with the market Retail team to pro-actively assess any performance issues of assigned stores (such as persistently declining traffic or a particularly slow month) and develop the tactical Retail Marketing solutions that might be needed to address these.
- Identify optimal local Retail Marketing agency and/or vendors both in terms of output and cost. Steer contractual terms and conditions. Manage agency and vendor relationship.
- Own and manage assigned Marketing Activation budget, ensuring projects come in within budget, optimized and spent with respect of internal procedures
- Support Sell in process to Franchise partners to ensure implementing and carrying out the presentation of the brand, collection highlights and trade support.
- Minimum 3 years working experience ideally in Marketing or/and Retail department
- Ideally experience in working in an international context and interacting with Global HQs (Balkan countries scope is an advantage)
- Experience with managing projects
- Fluent English & local language (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Advanced skills at MS office
