- Establish the creative direction and overall aesthetic for all retail and office spaces, aligning with brand values and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency across all brand formats and acknowledging the business needs.
- Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and creative partners.
- Set clear goals, provide creative direction, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between design vision and business strategy.
- Work closely with Regional Design Managers to tailor global design strategies for local markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Monitor emerging design and behavior trends to inform innovative, future-forward planning experiences.
- Conduct competitive analysis and apply customer insights to continuously evolve store formats and design solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development through final implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage relationships with external design agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve retail brand guidelines to ensure cohesive customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for design excellence and consistency in all retail executions, globally and locally.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design
- 10+ years of experience in retail and office design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective retail environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and influence cross-functional partners.
- Deep understanding of retail trends, materials, spatial design, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working within global brands or across multiple regions is a plus.
