What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as project manager for construction projects with CCTV and burglar alarm needs
- Design, develop, and deploy training for Retail Asset Protection initiatives
- Identify and recommend improvements to system processes and procedures
- Support Retail Operations as a subject matter expert in RAP processes and systems
- Research and test new systems to assist in reaching shrink objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree in a related field or minimum of 5 years' experience in retail/Asset Protection/Inventory/Project Management/Vendor Management
- 3-5 years in Retail, Loss Prevention, Inventory Management, Project Management, or IT
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with others
- Capacity to remain calm in high-stress situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5+ years in Retail, Loss Prevention, Inventory Management, Project Management, or IT
- Experience working with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
