What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence
- Make real-time decisions regarding resource allocation and project management
- Manage team assignments to ensure exceptional customer service
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in continuous education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory role within the retail or service industry
- Familiarity with U-Haul equipment and services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
