Summary
Functions in retail sales and provides education. Follows the customer input process to qualify the customer and obtain the necessary information and signatures to process orders accurately and efficiently.Job Description
Updates account maintenance and files with all pertinent information. Knowledgeable of product specialty lines. Answers the telephone and ask probing questions to screen calls and schedule for the appropriate individual. Strong communication skills. Utilizes office equipment including fax, copier, multi-line telephone system and pagers. Ability to use appropriate reference materials. Affinity for equipment troubleshooting. Forty hour work week with occasional and additional hour fluctuation.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Sales and marketing experience preferred.
