      As a Retail Associate Supervisor, you will assist with all operational tasks within the store, particularly focusing on front-end and sales floor operations, as directed by the Store Manager. Your responsibilities include:

      • Supporting daily store functions and activities.
      • Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
      • Safeguarding company assets, including cash management.
      • Maintaining adherence to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
      • Creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
      • Overseeing stockroom and sales floor maintenance to meet company standards.
      • Providing direct supervision of hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
      • Processing corporate directives as assigned.
      • Assisting with the receipt and return of merchandise.
      • Managing staffing coverage and ensuring sales floor effectiveness.
      • Supervising cashier activities and ensuring compliance with company cash handling practices.
      • Enhancing promotional displays and managing seasonal inventory.
      • Coordinating store signage and maintaining the checkout area for optimal sales.
      • Helping create weekly schedules and controlling store supplies and expenses.

      Qualifications for this position include:

      • Preferred prior experience in retail and management.
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
      • Ability to lift, bend, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50lbs.
      • A desire to work in a high-energy team environment.
